- Mobile foam unit for producing, conveying and spreading creamy cleaning and disinfecting foam on equipment and vehicles.
- With the patented foaming process, a homogeneous, variably adjustable disinfection foam is produced in the low pressure range (3 to 6 bar). The formation of aerosols that are hazardous to health is avoided. This reduces the necessary protective measures for the emergency forces to a minimum.
- For the prevention and control of animal diseases, the German Veterinary Medical Society prescribes a quantity of 0.4 litres of working solution per m² of surface and a contact time of approx. 30 minutes for the disinfection of vehicles. Both requirements can be optimally met by applying foam with this disinfection system. Foam adheres longer to the surfaces, evaporation is delayed and thus the contact time is guaranteed. The good visibility of the foam also allows easy inspection during the work and enables photographic documentation of the measures taken. It also significantly reduces the amount of contaminated wastewater produced and thus the cost of disposal in the event of an animal disease.
- Mounted ready for use on aluminium trolley with two fixed and two swivel castors.
- The trolley is equipped with a tank for the disinfection solution, a foam unit, a hose reel, a foam lance and a compressor and is designed for easy transport on the premises.
