Product description

• Area of application: the space saving solution for the storage of lithium energy storage devices near to production, as an intermediate store or as a quarantine store.
• Fire-rated store: tested and approved as a complete system with 90 minute fire protection (F 90) from inside and outside. International designs meeting country-specific legislation (e.g. REI 120). Install directly next to the external wall of neighbouring buildings or as a fire-rated separate area, e.g. in a production hall.
• External cladding: galvanised components with two layers of paint give long lasting protection. Fire protection panels (A class material, non-combustible) with high insulation properties.
• Base: tested, single-piece spill pallet with easily removable hot-dip galvanised grids.
• Storage levels: optional additional grid shelves on up to 3 levels.
• As standard with equipotential bonding point for avoiding static charges.
• Lockable, self-closing 1-wing fire-rated door (1,350 x 2,000 mm), EI2 90-C to EN 13501.
• Structural analysis: to Eurocode 3 (DIN EN 1993) measured for a characteristic wind load with a dynamic pressure of qw = 0.585 kN/m² and a characteristic ground snow load of sk = 2.5 kN/m²; adequately dimensioned according to DIN 4149, EN 1998-1:2004 for earthquake zone 3. Available with additional equipment for up to wind load zone 4, terrain category I (qw= 1.064 kN/m²) and for up to ground snow load sk = 5.86 kN/m²
