Pioneers of Green Mobility rely on safety products from DENIOS
Many DENIOS customers are at the cutting edge of technical developments for the green transport revolution. They are pioneering tomorrow's transport - on road, rail, water and in the air. We work closely with them by providing the latest safety technology solutions. Find out how we are doing this!
E-mobility: Safe storage of traction batteries and lithium battery cells
A storage room for lithium traction batteries and lithium battery cells was commissioned from DENIOS for electrical and electronic development in the automotive sector. The system installed outdoors had general planning approval, 90 minutes of fire protection from the inside and outside and customised equipment.
Air-conditioning work table for BECOM GmbH from Austria
BECOM GmbH from Austria manufactures electromechanical assemblies. When cleaning small parts, inflammatory acetone vapors are produced which should protect the employees. A DENIOS cleaning table with pollutant detection ensured more safety.
Mixing station in the middle of the APO GmbH production halls
The APO GmbH from Germany deals with the coating of industrial mass small parts. To protect employees against harmful coatings, DENIOS constructed a transfer and mixing station, which at the same time ensured fire-protected storage.
DENIOS produced a system that could simulate five different test conditions for testing lithium-ion batteries. The fire protection system provided protection for the employees and effectively designed entire process chains.
Voltavision GmbH is a research and development service provider that operates test facilities. The company needed a separate fire section. In cooperation with DENIOS, an F90 climate container was built that could prevent all possible risks as a preventative measure.
Temperature controlled storage in water-protection area
UPPC GmbH produces epoxy resins and adhesives. Since the company is located in a water protection area, the thermal chambers had to have collecting basins so that chemicals could not get into the environment in an emergency. DENIOS storage solutions offered maximum protection for employees and the environment.
The airline company Qatar Airways has emergency slips like any other airline. These are exposed to great temperature fluctuations. Therefore, DENIOS climatic chambers were tested for possible deviations of the material. The DENIOS product thus contributed actively to the flight safety of the desert state.
In the handling of chemical raw materials in the powdery or dusty state, increased safety requirements apply to the design of workplaces to protect employees. Covestro AG chose DENIOS to implement the project.
Digital process support through networking to a control system high priority for this DENIOS customer. They were also looking for an effective solution that included a complete automation of thermal stock preparation. In response DENIOS has developed a fully automatic heating chamber. This is designed as a continuous tunnel with several levels and individually heatable heating aisles.
Showroom in the area of renewable energies for Hoppecke
HOPPECKE is a company that manufactures energy storage systems and industrial batteries. For exhibition purposes, the company needed a fire and explosion-proof container in which modern battery storage technologies could be stored and demonstrated.
Heating up to 18,000 litres on just 15 square metres
An essential part of the manufacturing process of mold release agents and release agents is the temperature-controlled liquefaction of raw materials for further processing. For this purpose, our customer needed a tailor-made heat chamber. The special challenge: the production area at the customer's site was almost completely exhausted and an extension was not possible. A heat chamber with a high capacity had therefore to be realized on the smallest of footprints.
Based on its longstanding industry knowledge and proven industry standard for heating chambers, DENIOS has developed an innovative, process-controlled system technology for a customer in the pharmaceutical industry. It precisely regulates the melting temperature of the substance being treated, which is achieved homogeneously and in the shortest possible time.
Efficiently sized air-conditioning technology has a clear potential for savings
A Danish-based pharmaceutical company is a leader in the development of drugs for the treatment of severe neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. Suppliers are selected according to strict quality criteria and a high level of professionalism is required.
INTEGA GmbH is a company in the field of ultrapure media supply. For a customer from Vietnam, INTEGA GmbH, together with DENIOS, manufactured two functional technical and safety rooms adapted to climatic conditions. All safety aspects were taken into account.
Storage of lithium-ion batteries at the motorbike manufacturer KTM
KTM Sportmotorcycle AG from Austria manufactures motorcycles. For the storage of lithium-ion batteries, a hazardous materials store was required. Together with the battery manufacturer, DENIOS constructed a technical and security room that complied with all legal conditions.
Storage of various hazardous substances for BASF in Ludwigshafen
As a leading chemical company, BASF already has extensive experience in handling hazardous substances. In order to further enhance the safety on the site, a turnkey container system was developed together with DENIOS, which meets all requirements for modern fire protection and fire detection technology.
Storage of aerosols at the motorbike manufacturer KTM
The motorcycle manufacturer KTM from Austria had to supply compressed gas packs for the production. DENIOS developed a solution which not only corresponded to the warehouse requirements of the customer. The hazardous material storage also fulfills the stringent requirements of the Austrian Water Law.
Paint mixing room in fire-rated storage container for Siemens
If working with paints and varnishes in production areas, employees have to be protected accordingly. For Industrial Turbomachinery in Sweden, Siemens needed a safe room solution for the storage and mixing of paints. In order to optimize logistical processes, the spatial proximity to other buildings should be guaranteed.
Storage of chemical raw materials at Siemens in France
With the expansion of the production area at the French site in Haguenau, Siemens needed larger storage areas for the storage of chemical raw materials. DENIOS designed a flexible and mobile storage system, which could be set up centrally in production and meet all safety requirements.
Specialist for underwater robotics relies on fire protection on both sides for the storage of lithium batteries
Lithium energy storage systems are used in a wide variety of areas, including underwater robotics. Kraken Power GmbH, a specialist in this field, wanted to invest in more safety when handling lithium batteries in order to better meet the diverse requirements for storage and handling. They found the right partner in DENIOS.
