Heating jacket for IBCs |
Materials and substances used in production processes frequently require thermal treatment. In some cases, the viscosity of additives needs to be smoother to ensure ease of use in the production process.
However, heated containers with large capacities aren’t always required to heat oils, fats, lubricants in preparation for processing; often only one storage container needs to be heated. DENIOS offers a range of drum heaters and heating jackets for this purpose.
The drum heaters can be used in a range of applications. The temperature ranges from 50°C - 300°C to ensure that substances can be heated to the correct working temperature.
DENIOS supplies a range of heating equipment including steel drum heating belts and heating jackets. Heating jackets are available for 30 to 205 litre drums and 1000 litre IBC containers. Insulated covers prevent the substances from cooling quickly.
The induction heating equipment for heating viscose liquids in steel drums is ideal for use in potentially explosive areas. The heating equipment can be lifted over the drum by hand or by using lifting equipment. The wall of the drum can be heated immediately; no time is wasted in pre-heating the unit. An insulated cover to prevent the top of the drum from cooling (not suitable for use in potentially explosive areas) is available as an accessory.
