- Bio circle is an electrically driven cleaning unit for user- and environmentally-friendly, cost-effective cleaning of engineering components such as machine parts, ball bearings, screws and also for cleaning surfaces in preparation for painting.
Bio circle removes oil, cutting coolants, anti-corrosion products, light grease and other pollutants such as particles etc. The hydrocarbons are broken down and other pollutants are separated via a filter system. The biological, aqueous cleaning solution "Bio-Circle L" based on natural bio-organisms performs the cleaning process in the most effective way to pose the least risk to the user and the environment.
The "Bio-Circle L" cleaner is not a flammable liquid, nor does it require CE certification and special measures do not need to be taken with regards to transporting, storing and using the cleaning fluid. It doesn’t need to meet any solvent directives and therefore, doesn’t need to be registered with any trade boards or environmental authorities.
As a very user-friendly product, it does not pose a health hazard to the users and is classed as a Risk category 1 (non-hazardous) chemical according to the BG Chemie, professional trade association for the chemical industry. The fluid cleaner is heated to 37°C, the ideal temperature for bio-organisms. Warm cleaning is more effective than cold cleaning; it makes cleaning easier and is more convenient for the user. "Bio Circle L" is not odorous and does not contain any volatile organic compounds.
