The advantages of opening a DENIOS account

Ease of ordering
Your invoice address and other details required for placing orders in the future will be saved automatically. You only have to enter your details once. Next time you visit the shop, log in with your email address and password and your details will appear automatically.

Shopping basket
Items that you haven't ordered will remain in your shopping basket, so you don't have to create a new order list every time.

View your orders
You can view all orders in your account. All your previous orders can be found in your order history for your perusal.

Centralised access point for all your details
All your details required to place your orders are held in a central point for your reference and to amend them accordingly when required.

Search using key word list / Order No.

If you are looking for a particular product or accessory to a product, enter the product/accessory name or the order number into the search field on the left hand side of the screen. You can use upper or lower case. The order numbers can be entered without a dash.

Advanced search

If would like to search for a particular product or accessory to a product, you can use the advanced search. First select a product category and enter your search term.

Buy Now

If you know the order number from your catalogue or have recently ordered the product, you can enter it into the buy now field on the left hand side of the screen and order the product straight away.

If you are looking for a particular product, you can also use the A-Z product list to find it. Click on the A-Z product list link under the advanced search link.

Click on the letter the product begins with and select the product from the list. If the product you are looking for is not on the list, please use another search term.

Step 1: send items to basket

The products in the online shop are classified under the same categories as the catalogue. These four categories are as follows:

• Pollution Control / Hazardous storage (green)
• Production equipment / Handling systems (orange)
• Absorption / Disposal (blue)
• Personal Safety Equipment PSE (yellow)

The product categories have a hierarchical structure, each mouse click creates another product sub category . You can click on any sub category in the hierarchy. While you are clicking through the different product sub categories, the tool bar at the top will show the route you have taken to get to the product. You can click on the product sub categories shown in the tool bar to get back to the sub categories you have already navigated through. The product categories and their sub categories provide you with an overview of our product range.

Regardless of the navigation route you have used, the third "click" will automatically direct you to a product page.

A range of products will be shown on this page, e.g. different sizes, colours, equipment.

Without navigating back to the previous sub category, you can move through the individual product pages by either clicking on the numbers or the red arrow.

If you have found a product that meets you requirements, send the item to your basket, by clicking on "order" at the bottom of the table. A list of accessories to be used with the product can often be found below the table.

You can change the quantity of products ordered in your basket, by clicking on "quantity" and then clicking on "update". You can also remove products from your basket, by simply ticking the box in the "remove" column and clicking on "update".

Whether you are an existing Online-shop customer, have just opened your account or are using the Online shop for the first time, there are a number of different ways to place your order. Please select the best option for you and click on "update".

Step 2: Check your contact and address details

As an existing customer, simply check your contact and address details and continue with your order.

As a guest or a new customer to the Online shop, you will be asked to fill in your contact and address details. You will also be able to enter in delivery or invoice addresses if required.

Please check your contact and address details carefully. Finally click on the "process order" button.

Step 3: Check the order details and then click on "place order".

In step 3, you will have the final opportunity to check your order information. If you would like to change the items in your basket, then click on the "basket" tab. You can amend your contact or address details by clicking on the "change" button.

If you have your account number to hand, you can enter this now. You can also send us a message.

When you click on the "process order" button, you have placed a legally binding order. You will then receive an order acknowledgement via email. You will receive an order confirmation by fax or post the next day. The supply agreement has been fulfilled if DENIOS has confirmed the order in writing within 10 days or the delivery has been dispatched.

Step 4: Order Confirmation

Finally, your order confirmation will be displayed, which you can print to keep a copy for your records.

Saving / Using your data

Apart from processing orders and answering your queries, with your agreement, we will also save your data to enable us to assist you with any further services you require from us. Our data protection policy is consistent with the Data Protection Act and the Telecommuincations Act.

We will only pass your details onto the supplier of the product you have ordered to process and deliver your order.

We will provide you with the following service guarantee:

• Set up an account, to enable you to place an order more easily If you no longer wish to use this account, contact us at your convenience and we will delete your personal details immediately.

If required, we can provide you with information about the personal details stored in your account free of charge. If you wish to receive this, please send an email to our webmaster: webmaster@denios.com. We will contact you with the information you require, if you wish we will also block or delete your details.

What about Cookies?

A "Cookie" is a small data file, which we transfer to your computer when you are surfing our site. A cookie can only hold information, which we send to your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable us to recognise your browser, but do not enable us to view your personal details.

Cookies will not read or collect any personal data from our Online shop. We only use Cookies to provide maximum security in our Online shop. Your session ID will be saved in our Cookies, your session ID will then be transferred to our Server to ensure that only you can see the information you wish to access. Our Cookies are used for the duration of your session, they will not be retained on your computer. When you leave our site, temporary Cookies will also be deleted.

Most Browsers accept Cookies. You can allow and disable temporary and saved Cookies independently of each other in your security settings. If you disable your Cookies, some features on our site will not be available to you and some pages will not be displayed correctly.

SSL software ensures security by encrypting your data after it has been entered

The DENIOS website operates using 128 bit SSL software to encrypt your data. SSL stands for "Secure Sockets Layer" and is Internet security software to ensure that your data can be transferred over the Internet securely. The encrypting process is activated when you enter and send your personal data to our Server. In most Browsers, you will be able to recognise secure pages by the padlock, which appears in the Browser task bar at the bottom of the screen. The following information will be encrypted by SSL:

• Your personal data (address, Tel. No etc.)
• Your login data (User name and password)
• The order information in your basket
• The data in your account (e.g. orders currently being processed)
