Dosage device for flammable substances

Units for the production, treatment and usage of water hazardous materials have recently ben put on a level with systems for the storage of hazardous materials - DENIOS has got the solution.

Challenge and task:
A costumer required a dosage device for pentanoic. Previously, a unit for the production, treatment and usage of water hazardous materials would have sufficed but in accordance with current legislation, a more advanced devies was needed.

The solution:
In cooperation with an expert for complex pumping and control technology, DENIOS finalised the project in compliance with the law and meeting all operating requirements. Due to the fact that the substances that are handled at the dosage device are flammable, safety margins had to be observed. The space conditions did not made any allowances and made a F90 fire rated system necessary.

Outcome and use:
In close cooperation between the client, the collaborating business and DENIOS, a system was created that meets all regulations and regulations presented by the ownre, the insurance companies, fire department and public authorities. Owing to the "plug and store" design, the assembly on-site took up only a week.
