Right of return - purchase without risk

Your purchase at DENIOS is completely riskfree. If a product does not live up to your expectations, you may return it within 30 days (counted from the day your order is delivered). Contact us letting us now that would like to return an item and we will organise the return process. We will refund the purchase price immedately or cancel your invoice.

You can only return items that do not display evidence of use and are in their original packging. The client bears risk and costs of the return transport.

The right of return dos not apply for the following cases: if the item is not from within our standard product range, if the order specified customised featured (all depots, containers, heating chambers and boxes, cooling chambers, ventilation systems), if the the product was custom-tailored in any form and if the order benefitted from any discounts (such as quantity discount).
