What kind of substances will be stored on the spill trays?
The kind of material you wish to store will determine whether you need a plastic or a steel spill trays.
Galvanized or painted steel spill trays are used to store water-polluting or flammable substances such
as oil or paint.

PE or stainless steel spill trays are used to store aggressive chemicals such as acids or alkalis. Stainless steel and polyethylene spill trays are corrosion-resistant and thus suitable for storing aggressive media.

What requirements must the spill pallet fulfil?
Do you need to store one drum, several drums or IBCs? Do you need to transport or dispense
hazardous materials? Do you need to protect a larger surface area?
Our dispensing stations consisting of steel (galvanized or painted) or synthetic spill pallet and polyethylene or galvanized steel drum mounts form an ideal combination for storing and dispensing water hazardous substances. Drips cannot fall to the ground, thus protecting ground water.

decking can be used to cover the whole
of the floor in a room due to the wide range of accessories available, from edge fasteners to ramps. The modular spillage decking meets the requirements of
environmental regulations when storing empty containers, dispensing, re-filling or transferring potential water pollutants. Individual decking elements can be placed together, depending on customers'
requirements to provide an optimal system.

How large should the sump pallet be?
"The required sump pallet capacity must conform to regulations: the sump
pallet must be able to hold 110%
of the largest container stored or 25% of the total volume stored, whichever is the greater. As long as the storage conditions used in areas, where water
needs to be protected, are regulation compliant, the whole of the quantity stored will be retained within the sump pallet."
